I can so relate to this because I have been eating Injera assuming it is 100% gluten free! That explains my rash last week. I tried so hard to figure out what could have triggered it because I cook my food most of times but after watching this, I can out put squarely on that &#39;imported from Ethiopia injera&#39; eaten here! And never mind what Mesob says about making a GF one.
